What you'll be doing

You will be greeted warmly by your Guide when you arrive at Entebbe Airport, who will then drive you to your hotel for an overnight.
You will drive to Kampala today to have a city tour, where you will stop at well-known locations such the Kabaka’s palace, Museum, Gadaffi mosque, and local cuisine. In the evening, you will take in a live music band performance at a nearby restaurant and pub.
A boat ride on the renowned “Source of the Nile,” bungee jumping, white-water rafting, horseback riding, and fishing are just a few of the optional activities you may partake in during your two nights in Jinja, one of Uganda’s exciting towns.
You will spend today relaxing at the lodge or engaging in optional activities from the previous day.
After a leisurely breakfast, you’ll drive to Uganda’s largest national park for an unforgettable safari experience. Along the way, you’ll make a stop to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided walking safari to see southern white rhinos in their natural habitat. After that, you’ll travel to the national park of Murchison Falls to spend the night.
You will take pleasure in an early morning game drive in quest of wildlife. The park is home to over 451 bird species and over 76 animal species. Popular wildlife in the park include; elephants, buffalos, giraffes, hyenas, hartebeest, Uganda kob, lions, and much more. Following an afternoon boat trip on the Albert Nile, where you can see aquatic animals including crocodiles, hippos, flamingo birds, and more, you’ll head to the base of the famed waterfalls to wrap out your day.
After a filling breakfast, you’ll head out on a trip to the “Primate Capital of the World” for your next experience. The journey takes you through Uganda’s lush and stunning landscapes and people, and when you arrive at the lodge, you’ll be greeted and checked in.
You will go on a hiking excursion today in search of the well-known chimpanzees. You will spend some time watching them emerge from their nests and forage throughout the forest. Other notable primate species to keep an eye out for include vervet monkeys, black colobus monkeys, and more. After taking a guided nature walk in the Bigodi wetlands in the afternoon, during which you may see more monkeys and birds, you will return to the resort for the night.
Your journey continues as you travel to Uganda’s most diversified national park, which is also known for having tree-climbing lions and over 95 different types of mammals and 600 different bird species. You will have a boat trip on the Kazinga channel for an aquatic safari experience after lunch. You will see hippos, crocodiles, a variety of bird species, as well as visiting animals including elephants, buffalos, waterbucks, and antelopes. You will then return to the resort for the night.
You’ll travel on a game drive this morning in search of wildlife, including lions, elephants, cape buffalo, warthogs, leopards, hyenas, waterbuck, Ugandan kob, and many others. You will move to the southern region of the park for an overnight stay in the afternoon.
Following an early breakfast, you will take part in a morning game drive in the Ishasha region in search of the renowned tree climbing lions and other local species. Later, you’ll travel to Bwindi for an overnight stay.
In the morning, you will go for gorilla trekking and enjoy the experience of tracking the rare and endangered Mountain Gorilla. In the afternoon, you can visit a pygmy community and go on a community walk, or you can go for a nature walk in the forest. After returning to the lodge, you can unwind there or visit a nearby community in the afternoon to learn more about their way of life.
As you head to the lodge, you’ll have a quick game drive in search of animals, including zebras, eland, warthogs, antelopes, and more. Today is the last day of your safari, and you’ll be moved to one of Lake Mburo National Park to cap it off. Afternoon options include visiting the neighborhood to get a feel for how people live there or participating in a local activity like milking a cow or processing milk.
After breakfast, you will be guided on a walking safari across the park by an expert ranger. You will learn a bit about the area’s fauna and have the opportunity to observe antelopes and zebras going about their daily lives. Next, you’ll take in a quick photo opportunity and a lunch break at the Equator before traveling to Entebbe to catch your flight home.
